We had forgotten Will's passport at Eric's place. We missed the Eurostar train.
This was a later train than scheduled. We were worried we would miss the Brussels - Moscow train, thus messing up the entire journey.
We had 14 minutes to catch the next train after jumping off the Eurostar. We arrived exactly at the departure time to see no train. It was simply late by 4 minutes.
We learned that there was no restaurant car on this train ride of 2 days and nights. We had had no time in Brussels to shop.
We were finally able to relax after catching this train.
The track width is wider in Russia. They change all the bogies (wheel assemblies) on the train at the Poland/Belarus border.
